AMW Suite is one system for established businesses and larger teams to win and serve clients. It replaces the 10–15 separate tools many companies pay for: a CRM with calling, texting, WhatsApp and email, follow-up sequences, proposals, document signing, a help desk, client portals, and website forms and chat. Every call, message, ticket and proposal is saved under the client's record. Proposals go out from the deal and are approved online, and any PDF can be sent to one or more people to sign. Each client gets a private, branded portal for projects, files and messages. Built-in AI agents draft support replies, rank which open deals to follow up on each morning and write the follow-up email, and nothing is sent until a person approves it. It runs in the browser and in apps for Mac, Windows and Android, with one login and one invoice for the whole company.
