Ballista - Direct mail to managers. Skip filters.

Ballista helps job seekers break through the black hole of online applications by sending their resume directly to hiring managers through physical mail. When your resume is buried under 500 others and filtered by AI that doesn’t care, a real letter on a real desk stands out. They can’t ghost what’s sitting in front of them. Ballista finds the right decision maker, prints your resume on premium paper, and mails it straight to their office in days. For as little as $5, you bypass bots, skip HR filters, and show real initiative—because paper gets opened, noticed, and remembered.
