Book'd turns any Shopify product into a bookable service. Merchants set the duration, choose in-person, phone, or video meeting options, and decide how many people can take each slot, then customers pick a time and pay right there at checkout, no separate booking tool needed. Every booking syncs automatically to Google Calendar, virtual sessions get a Google Meet or Zoom link generated on the spot, and Outlook sync is available on the paid Pro plan for teams running Microsoft.
Merchants get full control over their schedule too: set weekly hours, add buffer time between appointments, block off holidays, and assign bookings to specific staff members. Automated reminder, cancellation, and reschedule emails run on templates the merchant can customize, and the Pro plan unlocks recurring bookings, group sessions, and a fully white-labeled widget that matches store branding.
