CircadiaOS - Adaptive sleep optimization
CircadiaOS is software-only sleep optimization. No mattress pod, no proprietary sensor, no new hardware to buy. It bridges two large, rapidly growing markets: wearables (Garmin, Applewatch, Lura, Whoop wearables) and smart thermostats (Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell, etc.). By connecting devices millions already own, CircadiaOS delivers personalized sleep science without the hardware markup.
Each night, CircadiaOS reads biometrics from the wearable, builds a personalized overnight temperature schedule, and automatically runs the thermostat through it. The methodology is grounded in peer-reviewed sleep science: a 14-night baseline calibration, then one-variable-at-a-time hypothesis testing utilizing each user’s personal biology.
Most sleep apps tell you that you slept badly. CircadiaOS actually does something about it. We don't track. We intervene.
Software-only. Adaptive. $19.99/month. Available on iOS. Set it up once, and CircadiaOS runs every night on its own. No buttons to tap, no schedules to manage, nothing to think about.
