CompetitorTrack - CompetitorTrack

Staying ahead of the competition starts with knowing what they're actually saying to their customers — and most of that conversation happens in email. CompetitorTrack is a competitive intelligence platform built around capturing your competitors' marketing emails automatically, then connecting them to the broader signals happening around your market.

Instead of forwarding newsletters to a shared account or asking a teammate to sign up for a rival's mailing list from their personal inbox, CompetitorTrack gives each competitor a dedicated tracking address. Subscribe that address to a competitor's public newsletters, product launches, and lifecycle campaigns, and every message they send lands automatically in a clean, searchable inbox built specifically for competitive analysis — no clutter, no manual forwarding, no lost history.

But CompetitorTrack doesn't stop at email. Once campaigns start arriving, the platform connects that activity to the other signals that give it context: website changes, social media activity, customer review sentiment, and even how AI systems describe your company versus your competitors. A discount buried in a single email means a lot more when you can see that it lines up with a pricing page update, a spike in review complaints, or an uptick in campaign cadence across the board. CompetitorTrack keeps all of that evidence organized inside a single workspace per competitor, so your team can move from "something changed" to "here's exactly what changed, when, and why it matters" in a few clicks.

For teams that don't have time to dig through raw data every week, CompetitorTrack also generates concise AI-powered briefings that summarize what's noteworthy since your last check-in, prioritize the findings worth a closer look, and link directly back to the underlying evidence — emails, screenshots, and campaign history included. When nothing significant has happened, it says so, instead of manufacturing false urgency.

Getting started takes minutes: pick the competitors you want to track, create a tracking address for each one, and subscribe it to their public campaigns. From there, CompetitorTrack quietly builds a searchable record of competitor activity that your team can return to before every planning meeting, pricing decision, or messaging review — instead of relying on memory or scattered screenshots.

CompetitorTrack offers 30 days of full access with no credit card required. After the trial, teams can continue tracking one competitor for free, or upgrade to a paid plan for full campaign history and broader coverage across email, website, social, and review monitoring. Whether you're tracking one close rival or a dozen players in your space, CompetitorTrack turns scattered competitor emails into an organized, evidence-backed foundation for smarter competitive strategy.
