Everest - AI assistant, schedules your meetings

Everest is an AI-powered scheduling assistant built for busy professionals who manage multiple calendars across clients, companies, or personal projects. Instead of spending valuable time coordinating meeting availability through endless email threads, users simply CC Everest into a conversation and let the AI handle the entire scheduling process. Everest intelligently analyzes availability across connected Google and Outlook calendars, proposes suitable meeting times, negotiates scheduling with participants, and books meetings automatically on the appropriate calendar while keeping every calendar synchronized. This unified approach eliminates double bookings, scheduling conflicts, and manual calendar management. Designed for consultants, agencies, founders, freelancers, executives, and distributed teams, Everest provides a seamless scheduling experience that works directly inside existing email workflows without requiring participants to learn a new system. By combining AI-powered communication with cross-calendar synchronization, Everest dramatically reduces administrative work, saves time, and allows professionals to focus on meaningful conversations instead of coordinating calendars.
