Second Read - Highlights back on every new tab

You save things you never read again. Second Read fixes the coming-back part. Select text on any page, or drag a box around anything you see (a slide, a video frame, a scanned PDF) and press Ctrl+Shift+S (Cmd+Shift+S on Mac). Second Read turns it into text right on your computer. Then every new tab shows one passage you saved, the one you have gone longest without seeing, so it actually sticks. Kindle highlights stay in sync live, Readwise CSV imports in one step, and you can export everything to Markdown or JSON. Sync and digests are opt-in. Free, with no paid tier.
