ShortTranscript - English transcripts from video links

I built ShortTranscript to turn public TikTok videos and Instagram Reels or video posts into editable English transcript drafts with timestamps. It helps creators review spoken content as text: paste a public video link, check the draft, and copy or download the transcript. The free tool works without an account and allows up to three successful transcriptions per UTC day for videos up to five minutes. Paid credits cover additional use, with one credit covering one started minute. Instagram Stories and translation are not supported. The service is built with Go and SQLite.
