Vazagency - Vazagency helps businesses recover a dam

Vazagency is an online reputation recovery agency helping businesses repair damaged ratings, rebuild customer trust, and stop negative reviews from costing them sales.

The agency creates tailored recovery campaigns across 38 review platforms, including Trustpilot, Google, Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor, BBB, Sitejabber, Glassdoor, Healthgrades, Avvo, and many more. Rather than applying the same strategy everywhere, Vazagency builds each campaign around the rules and scoring system of the specific platform.

That distinction matters. Trustpilot’s TrustScore is influenced by factors such as review recency and volume, while BBB ratings depend heavily on complaint handling. Avvo’s professional rating is credential-based and cannot be improved through customer reviews alone. Vazagency identifies what actually influences visibility, trust, and ratings on each platform before creating a recovery plan.

Pricing is transparent and publicly available, with no sales call required. Packages start at $100 for up to five reviews and scale to $625 for 50 reviews. Bulk packages are available for campaigns of up to 1,000 reviews, with custom Enterprise pricing for larger or more complex requirements. Businesses can also view a free review example before choosing a paid package.

In addition to targeted review campaigns, Vazagency provides complete reputation-management support. Services include review-generation systems, negative-review response and dispute assistance, ongoing review response management, reputation monitoring, and rating recovery planning. Its rating calculator can estimate how many additional positive reviews a business may need to reach a particular target rating.
