VideoUpscaler - Private 2x video upscaling in-browser

VideoUpscaler.dev is a free browser resource for creators who want to preview and export a 2x upscale of a supported short MP4/H.264 clip. On compatible desktop Chromium browsers, WebGPU and WebCodecs run an Anime4K CNN on the user’s device, so the original footage does not need to be uploaded. The current workflow requires no product account or installation. It is useful for testing whether a short animation, product demo, or creator clip benefits from local enlargement before publishing. Results and processing speed depend on source quality, clip length, browser support, and GPU capability. The tool does not promise guaranteed 4K output, universal format support, frame interpolation, or long-video batch processing.
